8. That the proposed building will exceed the minimum side and rear yard setbacks for detached accessory structures. 9. That the exterior finish of the building will consist of hardboard lap siding that will match the finish o['the existing home. That the proposed structure will not exceed sixteen (16) feet in height as measured at the mcan gable roof height. That the Applicants have stated that the detached accessory building will be utilized for personal storage and will not be used to facilitate a business. / 2. That the construction of the detached accessory building will comply with all applicable MN State [~luilding Codes. i 3. That th.e proposed use will not adversely impact traffic in the area. /4. That the proposed use will not be unduly dangerous or otherwise detrimental to persons residing or working in the vicinity of the use or to the public welfare. 5. Thru the proposed use will not be hazardous or disturbing to existing or future neighboring [[SCS. 17. That the proposed use will be served adequately by public facilities and services such as highways and streets. That the Proposed use will not create excessive additional requirements at public cost for public facilities and services, and it will not be detrimental to the economic welfare of the co~n ~7mnity.
