Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #05-05- <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF FALCONER'S RIDGE <br />SECOND ADDITION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Eliot Schaffer, hereafter referred to as "Developer", has properly applied <br />for plat approval on the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: <br /> <br />Lot 1, Block 2, Falconer's Ridge, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Or upon recording: <br /> <br />Lot 1, Block 1, and Outlot A, Falconer's Ridge Second Addition, Anoka County, <br />Minnesota. <br /> <br />(the "Subject Property"); <br /> <br /> AND WHEREAS, on March 2, 2005, the City received application and sketch plan from <br />Eliot Schaffer for Falconer's Ridge Second Addition, a minor subdivision; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey Planning Commission met on April 7, 2005, and determined <br />the sketch plan for Falconer's Ridge Second Addition to be acceptable and directed the <br />Developer to proceed to the final plat stage; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, park dedication requirements for the one buildable lot on the Subject <br />Property were satisfied in the Development Agreement for Falconer's Ridge, and no new lots are <br />being created with the platting of Falconer's Ridge Second Addition; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City received the proposed final plat and required application on April <br />21, 2005; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City received a revfsed version of the final plat on May 6, 2005. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants final plat approval to Falconer's Ridge Second <br /> Addition in accordance with relevant City Codes and contingent upon Developer entering <br /> into a development agreement with the City. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />-326~ <br /> <br /> <br />
