Deck drains shall not be connected to the re-circulation <br /> <br />system pipe. <br /> <br />Swimming Pool Drainage. To tl~e extent feasible, back flush water of <br />water from pool drainage shall be on the owner's property or into <br />'_ap. proved public drainage ways. Water shall not drain onto adiacent or <br />nearby private land. <br /> <br />Lighting. Lights used in conitmction with a swimming, pool and/or <br />spa shall be located and constructed so as .to. deflect away from. <br />adjacent propeytv and in such a manner that they do not create a <br /> <br />nuisance or affect the reasonable use and eniovment of adiacent <br />p~iopertv~. - - <br /> <br />Permits. <br /> <br />Swimming pools.or sp~ that are less than 5,000 gallons shall be <br />allowed without the issuance of a building p.ermit; however, a <br />zoning permit must be obtained prior to the swinuning pool or Spa <br />being constructed, in. stal.le.d, or...moved onto a property. <br /> <br />Swimmin~ pools or ~pas that are 5.000 gallons or larger s. hall <br />!'ec. luire a building permit as outlined in Section 8.21 (Swimming <br />Pool and Spa Per.mit). <br /> <br />Subd. 4. Accessory Buildings. <br /> <br />a.
