Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #05-05- <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL FOR RAMSEY TOWN <br />CENTER 5th ADDITION. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey and the Ramsey Town Center LLC., hereinafter referred <br />to as :'Applicants", has properly applied for final plat approval of Ramsey Town Center 5th <br />Addition on the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: <br /> <br />Outlots S, T, X, Y, Z, and the northwesterly 60.00 feet of Outlot AA, Ramsey Town <br />Center Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota, together with that part of Outlot M of <br />said Ramsey Town Center Addition, described as follows: <br /> <br />Beginning at the southeast comer of said Outlot M; thence north 66 degrees 10 <br />minutes 33 seconds west, assumed bearing along the southerly line of said Outlot M <br />a distance of 349.49 feet: thence north 23 degrees 43 minutes 04 seconds east a <br />distance of 274.15 feet to the northerly line said Outlot M; thence south 66 degrees <br />I0 minutes 33 seconds east along said northerly of Outlot M a distance o~' 350.00 <br />l:izet of' the northeasterly comer of said Outlot M; thence south 23 degrees 49 minutes <br />27 seconds west along the easterly line of said Outlot M a distance of 274.15 feet to <br />thc point o [: beginning. <br /> <br />(the "Subject Property") <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on March 15, 2005, the City of Ramsey received an application for the <br />preliminary plat fbr Ramsey Town Center 5th Addition from Ramsey Town Center, LLC and the <br />City ol7 Ramsey; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on April 7, 2005, the Planning Commission held a public heating and <br />reviewed the preliminary plat and recommended approval of the preliminary plat subject to <br />,~:ertain conditions; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on April 26, 2005 the Ramsey City Council approved the Preliminary plat <br />Ramsey Town Center 5th Addition. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />That thc Ramsey City Council hereby grants final plat approval to Ramsey Town Center <br />.5t~* Addition subject to the following condition: <br /> <br />Compliance with City Staff Review Letter dated May 20, 2005. <br /> <br />-391- <br /> <br /> <br />
