Describe the nature of the cumulative
impacts and summarize any other available information relevant to determining whether
there is potential for significant environmental effects due to cumulative impacts (or
discuss each cumulative impact under appropriate item(s) elsewhere on this form).
~e c~ative effects ~sociated with this projec~ are essentially the effecm of~b-~b~ization. This c~ have
both psitive and negative c~uladve effebts socially and environmentally. Detemining the ~tl affec~ of
cmulative impact is mcr& intuitive than q~nfifiable. Some of the.cmutadve effecm that can be obse~ed Scm the
exp~sion of Sis project are loss of a~culmral land and toss and Sa~enmtion of wildlife habit~.
There is a competing issue with the goals of many comm~ides in balancing residential development Mth
a~cultural nee~, open space, and natural resources while twing to retain a sense of place.
