At-mstrong Boutev~d and TH 10/[ 69 is a four-legged fully-actuated signalized <br />intersection. Armstrong Boulevard (CSAH 83) is designed with a right turn lane and <br />tl~:otlgh-left turn lane in the soud~bound approach~ A [eft turn lane and through-right lane <br />are located on the northbound approaclz TH 10/169 is a fot~r-l,'me divided highway with <br />a right and leR turn lane on both approaches with CSAH 83. TH t0/169 is65 mph west <br />of CSAH 83 and 60 mpheast of CSAH 83. .. <br /> <br />The lanes and traffic control for each intersection are shown hq FigUre 21 A.M. and <br />peak hour turning movement counts were collected at all of d~e intersections on.
