Councitmember __ introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #05205- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE RELEASE OF A DRAFT ENVIRONMENTAL <br />ASSESSMENT WORKSHEET (EAW) FOR THE PULTE DEVELOPMENT PROJECT <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Putle Development Corporation, hereinafter referred to as "Developer", is <br />propot;ing to develop the Pine Shadows subdivision within the City, within the City of Ramsey, <br />hcreinatker referred to as "City", that is attached to this document; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, under 4410.4300(19)(c )of the State of Minnesota Rules, the subdivision <br />proposed by the Developer is required to have an EAW prepared; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, tbr the purposes of conducting the EAW, the ~ity is the Responsible <br />Governmental Unit .("RGU"); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Chapter 4410.1500 of Minnesota Rules requires the RGU to prepare a draft <br />A UAR document and distribute it to various governmental agencies and the general public. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE'CITY OF <br />RAMS E Y, ANO KA CO UNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1.
