a. Describe types, amounts and compositions of solid or hazardous wastes, including <br /> solid animal manure, sludge and ash, produced during construction and operation. <br /> Identify.method and location of disposal. For projects generating municipal solid <br /> waste, indicate if there is a source separation plan; describe how the project will be <br /> modified for recycling. If hazardous waste is generated, indicate if there is a <br /> hazardous waste minimization plan and routine hazardous 'waste reduction <br /> assessments. <br /> ;Not applicable. <br /> <br />b. Identify any toxic or hazardous materials to be used or present at the site and identify <br /> measures to be used to prevent them from contaminating groundwater. If the use of <br /> toxic or hazardous materials will lead to a regulated waste,, discharge, or emission, <br /> discuss any alternatives considered to minimize or eliminate the waste, discharge or <br /> emission. . <br /> No previous environmental hazards have been found on site. During construction, equipment and vehicles <br /> utilitizing gasoline, diesel fuel, anti freeze, and oil will be used at the project site. Toxic or hazardous materials such <br /> a,s fitcl for construction equipment and mater/als used in the construction of homes (paint, adhesives, stains, <br /> contanfinated rags, acids, bases, herbicides, and pesticides) will likely be used during site preparation and house <br /> construction. Spills of these materials are not planned, but could require notification of the Minnesota Duty <br /> Ot'f/cers ifa significant spill occurs. Builders/contractors are responsible for proper management and disposal of <br /> any wastes generated during construction. Any toxic or hazardous materials used on site will be properly used, <br /> properly stored in between uses, and properly disposed of when finishe'd. <br /> <br />c. Indicate the number, location, size and use of any above or below ground tanks to <br /> store petroleum products or other materials, except water. Describe any emergency <br /> response containment plans. <br /> There will be no temporary tanks on site during construction. Refueling will take place from tanker tmc 'ks, and will <br /> occur m area~s that are not environmentally sensitive. There will be no permanent storage tanks located on the site <br /> aticr development. <br /> <br />Provide an estimate of the impact on traffic congestion on affected roads and describe <br />any' traffic improvements' necessary.
