Discuss any alternatives or mitigative measures that have <br />been or may be considered' fOr these impacts and issues, including those that have been <br />Or may be ordered as permit conditions. <br /> The City of Ramsey must acquire the previously mentioned permits and approvals prior to proceeding with <br /> construction. Detailed plans and specifications must be reviewed and approved prior to construction. Issues <br /> identified in this EAW that may require additional investigation include: <br /> <br /> · The potential presence of wetland areas wilt be ascertained through the completion ora field survey prior <br /> to construction. If applicable, required authorization for temporary impacts will be obtained. <br /> <br /> Erosion and sediment control plans will be prepared by the project and approved by the MPCA prior to <br /> any construction. <br /> <br /> · Blanding's turtle identification information will be provided to the contractor, as will methods to avoid or <br /> minimize impact to the species. <br /> <br /> · Soil borings will be completed to assess soil' stability. <br /> <br />-484- <br /> <br /> <br />
