Chairperson Elvig stated that it did not seem as if the trails down by The Ponds were not plowed <br />on CSAH 5 and he was concerned if they had kids walking to school from that area. <br /> <br />Street Maintenance Supervisor Reimer replied that they don't have any children walking from that <br />area. He explained that the City is provided a list from the school district of where the kids that <br />walk to school live so that they make sure they keep those trail plowed. <br /> <br />Director of Public Works/Fire Chief Kapler explained that due to the recent ice storms the City is <br />not able to clear the trails as well as they would like to.
