He joined URS in July 1999 after seven years with <br /> another consultant. He has fifteen years'experience with traffic <br /> engineering,travel demand modeling,noise analysis,air quality analysis, <br /> environmental documentation,and transportation planning. <br /> Project Specific Experience <br /> Traffic Engineering <br /> Years of Experience Mr. Crawford's traffic engineering experience includes project <br /> With URS: 8 Years documentation for a variety of development and corridor traffic impact <br /> With Other Firms: 7 Years studies,some for environmental documentation.
