The Design Framework Manual defined
streetscape, architectural and site planning guidelines. The Manual also provided zoning ordinance language to
implement the Master Plan. The skills of the team at designing a broad and inclusive participatory process will
be valuable during the Edina Comprehensive Planning process. Our experience in designing high -quality
places using innovative urban design techniques will be put to full use in the City of Dayton.
Cost: $173,000
Reference: Craig Ebeling, City Manager (see above)
City of Bumsville
Heart of the City
10
