We are eager <br />to help you effectively plan for your future. As a team, we provide a wealth of experience and expertise in <br />comprehensive planning that can cover all the elements identified in your project scope. <br />By choosing DSU/Bonestroo, you receive a team with a full range of skills needed to complete the <br />Comprehensive Plan update that will give Ramsey the vision, framework, and tools it needs to prepare for <br />growth and change. <br />Phil Carlson will serve as Project Manager. Phil has more than 30 years of experience helping cities in the <br />region plan for the future. Our planning, urban design, market research, and natural resources staff will provide <br />analysis and insight to back up this planning effort. We will also facilitate a public process that will mesh with <br />the Ramsey 3 initiative to see that those with interests in the plan are heard and included in the final plan. <br />Ramsey is at a critical phase in its growth, with a variety of plans either completed or in the works. The City is <br />developing, but still maintains a strong rural character. Transportation and the environment are primary areas of <br />concern and we have strong teams in both areas to help guide growth and put Ramsey in an ideal position to <br />qualify for additional funding. <br />The challenge in this process will be to keep true to the wishes of the community in shaping its character, <br />while providing creative opportunities for responsible growth. We propose monitoring and participating in the <br />Ramsey 3 process, then summarizing that process to take into the elements of the Plan itself. Our team will <br />make your project a priority.
