He is a professional city planner with 28 years experience as a consultant <br /> and a specialization in comprehensive planning. He has prepared more than three dozen <br /> city comprehensive plans(for communities from 10,000 to 200,000 population)and <br /> eleven county land use plans. <br /> Bill has experience with land use,growth management,city-township relations, <br /> transportation, fiscal impact analysis,city-wide urban design,park systems,natural <br /> resources,neighborhood revitalization, downtowns, zoning,public engagement and other <br /> aspects of comprehensive city planning.
