In person absentee voting began Friday, September 18, and to the
time of this writing, over 1,400 people have come in to Ramsey City Hall to vote in person or drop
off their ballot. If Ramsey residents would like to drop off a ballot that was sent to their home
rather than mailing it, this can be done at City Hall or at Anoka County. Ballots should NOT be
put in the City's drop box. We encourage voters whom have requested a ballot by mail to wait
until it arrives to vote.
Parks and Recreation Events and Updates:
• Second Annual Ramsey Resident Day on the Farm
o The Parks and Recreation Department was proud to once again partner with a local
business to offer the Second Annual Ramsey Resident Day on the Farm. This event
is a great opportunity to highlight the great local businesses Ramsey has to offer.
o Due to popularity of this event last year, an additional community partner was
brought onboard to offer more hands. The Rumriver Art Center hosted a coloring
contest and pumpkin painting, with pumpkins supplied by the farm.
