S. 3021-125 <br />"(II) to the extent actions involving the <br />development or acquisition of power generation are <br />included, renewable energy technologies (including <br />hydropower); and <br />"(III) regional economic development; <br />"(iii) the potential costs and timeline for the actions <br />recommended under this subparagraph; <br />"(iv) provisions for modifying the actions and <br />timeline to adapt to new information or circumstances; <br />and <br />"(v) a description of public input regarding the <br />proposed actions, including — <br />"(I) input from water users that have covered <br />power use; and <br />"(II) the degree to which those water users <br />concur with the recommendations.". <br />(b) EFFECT. —None of the amendments made by this section— <br />(1) modify any authority or obligation of the United States <br />with respect to any tribal trust or treaty obligation of the <br />United States; <br />(2) create or determine any water right or affects any <br />water right or water right claim in existence on the date of <br />enactment of this Act; or <br />(3) authorize the use of Federal funds for the physical <br />deconstruction of the Iron Gate, Copco 1, Copco 2, or John <br />C. Boyle Dam located on the Klamath River in the States <br />of California and Oregon. <br />SEC. 4309. CERTAIN BUREAU OF RECLAMATION DIKES. <br />(a) IN GENERAL. -Notwithstanding any other provision of law <br />(including regulations), effective beginning on the date of enactment <br />of this section, the Federal share of the operations and maintenance <br />costs of a dike described in subsection (b) shall be 100 percent. <br />(b) DESCRIPTION OF DiiEs.-A dike referred to in subsection <br />(a) is a dike— <br />(1) that is owned by the Bureau of Reclamation on the <br />date of enactment of this section; <br />(2) the construction of which was completed not later than <br />December 31, 1945; <br />(3) a corrective action study for which was completed not <br />later than December 31, 2015; and <br />(4) the construction of which was authorized by the Act <br />of June 28, 1938 (52 Stat. 1215, chapter 795). <br />SEC. 4310. AUTHORITY TO MAKE ENTIRE ACTIVE CAPACITY OF <br />FONTENELLE RESERVOIR AVAILABLE FOR USE. <br />(a) IN GENERAL. -The Secretary of the Interior (referred to <br />in this section as the "Secretary"), in cooperation with the State <br />of Wyoming, may amend the Definite Plan Report for the <br />Seedskadee Project authorized under the first section of the Act <br />of April 11, 1956 (commonly known as the "Colorado River Storage <br />Project Act") (43 U.S.C. 620), to provide for the study, design, <br />planning, and construction activities that will enable the use of <br />i11 n+nr9rro r'rifv (oc mov 110 rlofinorl nr 1 rn fnrl lry lorrol <br />
