MISSOURI RIVER. <br />(a) IRC REPORT. —Not later than 18 months after the date <br />of enactment of this Act, the Secretary shall submit to the Com- <br />mittee on Transportation and Infrastructure of the House of Rep- <br />resentatives and the Committee on Environment and Public Works <br />of the Senate a report regarding the impacts of interception -rearing <br />complex construction on the navigation, flood control, and other <br />authorized purposes set forth in the Missouri River Master Manual, <br />and on the population recovery of the pallid sturgeon. <br />(b) No ADDITIONAL IRC CONSTRUCTION. —Until the report under <br />subsection (a) is submitted, no additional interception -rearing com- <br />plex construction is authorized. <br />SEC. 1227. LOWER MISSOURI RIVER BANK STABILIZATION AND <br />NAVIGATION. <br />(a) IN GENERAL. —Not later than 180 days after the date of <br />enactment of this Act, the Secretary shall submit to the Committee <br />on Transportation and Infrastructure of the House of Representa- <br />tives and the Committee on Environment and Public Works of <br />the Senate a report on the function and reliability of the Lower <br />Missouri River bank stabilization and navigation project, authorized <br />by the first section of the Act of July 25, 1912 (37 Stat. 219, <br />chapter 253). <br />(b) CONSIDERATIONS AND COORDINATION. —In developing the <br />report required under subsection (a), the Secretary shall— <br />(1) consider recommended improvements to the project <br />described in such subsection and current and future flood risks; <br />and <br />(2) coordinate with State and local governments and <br />affected stakeholders. <br />SEC. 1228. COASTAL TEXAS STUDY. <br />The Secretary shall expedite the completion of studies for flood <br />damage reduction, hurricane and storm damage reduction, and <br />ecosystem restoration in the coastal areas of Texas that are identi- <br />fied in the interim report due to be published in 2018 that describes <br />the tentatively selected plan developed in accordance with section <br />4091 of the Water Resources Development Act of 2007 (121 Stat. <br />1187). <br />SEC. 1229. REPORT ON WATER SUPPLY CONTRACT, WRIGHT PATMAN <br />LAKE, TEXAS. <br />Not later than June 30, 2019, the Secretary shall submit to <br />the Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure of the House <br />of Representatives and the Committee on Environment and Public <br />Works of the Senate a report on the status of the implementation <br />of the water supply contract, Department of the Army, Civil Works <br />Contract No. 29-68—A-0130, at Wright Patman Lake, Texas, that— <br />(1) describes the implementation of that contract at Wright <br />Patman Lake; and <br />(91 ir�on�ifina— <br />
