CORPS OF ENGINEERS BRIDGE REPAIR PROGRAM FOR NEW <br />ENGLAND EVACUATION ROUTES. <br />Subject to the availability of appropriations, the Secretary may <br />repair or replace, as necessary, any bridge owned and operated <br />by the Secretary that is— <br />(1) located in any of the States of Connecticut, Maine, <br />Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, or Vermont; <br />and <br />(2) necessary fbr evacuation during an extreme weather <br />event, as determined by the Secretary. <br />SEC. 1316. PLYMOUTH HARBOR, MASSACHUSETTS. <br />The Secretary shall expedite and complete the dredging of <br />Plymouth Harbor, Massachusetts, as authorized by the Act of March <br />4, 1913 (37 Stat. 802, chapter 144) and the Act of September <br />22, 1922 (42 Stat. 1038, chapter 427). <br />SEC. 1317. PORTSMOUTH HARBOR AND PISCATAQUA RIVER. <br />The Secretary shall expedite the project for navigation for Ports- <br />mouth Harbor and the Piscataqua River authorized by section 101 <br />of the River and Harbor Act of 1962 (76 Stat. 1173). <br />SEC. 1318. MISSOURI RIVER AND TRIBUTARIES AT KANSAS CITIES, <br />MISSOURI AND KANSAS. <br />The Secretary shall align the schedules of, and maximize com- <br />plimentary efforts, minimize duplicative practices, and ensure <br />coordination and information sharing with respect to— <br />(1) the project for flood damage reduction, Argentine, East <br />Bottoms, Fairfax -Jersey Creek, and North Kansas Levees Units, <br />1\/i ceniiri Pihrnr onra frihiifor-ac cac iryifioc AA; ceniiri ,nra <br />
