<br />CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey City Council conducted a regular meeting on Tuesday, July 28, 2020, at the Ramsey <br />Municipal Center, 7550 Sunwood Drive NW, Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: Mayor John LeTourneau <br /> Councilmember Mark Kuzma <br /> Councilmember Jeff Menth <br /> Councilmember Debra Musgrove <br />Councilmember Chris Riley <br />Councilmember Dan Specht (attended remotely) <br /> <br />Members Absent: None <br /> <br />Also Present: City Administrator Kurtis Ulrich <br />Finance Director Diana Lund <br />Police Chief Jeff Katers <br /> Public Works Superintendent Grant Riemer <br />Deputy City Administrator Timothy Gladhill <br />City Engineer Bruce Westby (attended remotely) <br />Senior Planner Chloe McGuire Brigl (attended remotely) <br />1. CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor LeTourneau called the regular meeting of the Ramsey City Council to order at 7:00 p.m., <br />followed by the Pledge of Allegiance led by Mayor LeTourneau. <br /> <br />City Administrator Ulrich noted that the opportunity exists for members of the Council and public <br />to participate remotely and provided instructions. He also provided details about mask use when <br />inside City Hall. He reported that Councilmember Specht is attending remotely. <br />2. PRESENTATION <br /> <br />None. <br />3. CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />th <br />Deanette Hontarenko, 7764 148 Lane NW, stated that she felt it necessary to come to the Council <br />to talk about Tom Purmort and Purmort Homes. She stated that she purchased a new construction <br />home from him and has experienced many problems. She stated that the concerns have not been <br />addressed within the one-year timeframe and she has been ignored. She referenced a letter she <br />received from Bill, the previous City inspector, which stated after their sod had been inspected, <br />railings were needed on their porch.
