COUNCIL BUSINESS <br />7.01: Consider Multiple Items Related to Garden View Final Plat, Case of DC Ramsey, <br />LLC; (Project No. 19-136) <br /> Adopt Resolution #20-180 Approving the Final Plat and Development Agreement <br /> Adopt Ordinance #20-16 Vacating Right-of-Way <br /> <br />Senior Planner McGuire Brigl reviewed the staff report and noted that the Planning Commission <br />recommended approval of this project and the City Council approved the Preliminary Plat for this <br />project.
