Staff was able to <br />inspect the property on September 3rd, 2020 and October 2nd, 2020 and found the violations listed <br />above. An abatement of the property will be part of the consent agenda at the City Council meeting <br />on October 13th, 2020. We are also recommending that the City Council give direction to not renew <br />the lease when your lease expires. <br />Another $250 citation is included for persistent violations. You have 14 days from the date <br />of this letter to complete the following (or the items will be removed from the property, and <br />the property owner will be billed up to 150% of the expense): <br />• Outside storage of waste/refuse/junk <br />o Properly store or dispose of all materials stored outside <br />• Inoperable vehicles <br />o Properly tab and license all vehicles on the property; or <br />o Remove all "inoperable" vehicles from the property. <br />• Auto Cannibalization <br />o Cease all activity related to the business of automotive cannibalization. <br />o You may not use parts from other vehicles on the property to repair customer <br />vehicles.
