CC Regular Session 5. 12. <br />Meeting Date: 10/13/2020 <br />By: Chloe McGuire Brigl, Community <br />Development <br />Information <br />Title: <br />Adopt Resolution #20-234 Approving Abatement at 14700 Armstrong Blvd NW <br />Purpose/Background: <br />The purpose of this case is to approve an abatement at 14700 Armstrong Blvd NW (The "Subject Property"). The <br />Subject Property has a few inoperable vehicles, or vehicle pieces, and some vehicles parked on the grass. Staff has <br />been attempting to work with the Subject Property Owner to come to City Council for an agreement on areas that <br />are lawful, non -conforming for gravel parking, however they have been unresponsive. These items are unrelated to <br />the lawful, non -conforming use of the property for gravel parking, instead they are related to nuisance items such as <br />inoperable vehicles.
