STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />Code Enforcement Unit <br />June 3rd, 2020 <br />City of #it< <br />RAMSEY <br />Arnie and Mary Billmark Trustee <br />or Current Owner <br />1088 110th Ave <br />Milaca, MN 56353 <br />-2nd NOTICE OF VIOLATION - <br />RE: Public Nuisance Violations in the COR Business District on Anoka County PID #29-32-25- <br />11-0008 (14700 Armstrong Blvd NW) <br />Dear Property Owner: <br />The City of Ramsey has adopted ordinances that are designed to keep the community safe, healthy <br />and attractive. Gravel will not be an allowed parking surface for the above property based on the <br />decision from City Council's consent agenda for the May 26th, 2020 meeting. As a result of this, <br />the following violations of the Ramsey City Code are still active: <br />• Off-street parking violations <br />• Outdoor storage of abandoned or inoperable vehicles <br />• Waste, refuse, garbage, construction materials <br />If not removed by June 16th, 2020, you will receive a Third Notice of Violation and an <br />administrative citation in the amount of $75.00: <br />• Off-street parking <br />o All vehicles that are parked on grass need to be moved to allowed parking <br />surfaces (concrete, asphalt, etc.) <br />• Outdoor storage of abandoned or inoperable vehicles <br />o Remove or shelter all abandoned or inoperable vehicles, including vehicles <br />with expired tabs. <br />• Waste, refuse, garbage, construction materials <br />o Remove or shelter all waste, junk, or construction materials being stored <br />outside. <br />City Code Section 117-356 allows parking in your district on paved surfaces only, including <br />concrete or asphalt.
