CC Regular Session 5. 13. <br />Meeting Date: 10/13/2020 <br />By: Chloe McGuire Brigl, Community <br />Development <br />Information <br />Title <br />Adopt Resolution #20-235 Amending Development Agreement for Garden View <br />Purpose/Background: <br />The purpose of this case is to amend a previously approved development agreement for Garden View. There are <br />only two changes on the Development Agreement since it was previously approved, updating the fee table with the <br />correct fees (one was outdated from 2019) and adding a Stormwater Infilttration Fee. Since this area is in the <br />wellhead protection zone, the City doesn't allow infiltration (ponding) onsite, and instead the Developer, DC <br />Ramsey LLC, must pay into the City fund.
