1. Road Improvements Fee. The PERMITTEE shall pay the City $10,000 for road <br />improvements to be used to improve adjacent 147th Lane, the extent of the <br />development, from the western edge of Lot 1, Block 1 to the eastern edge of Outlot <br />A. Adjacent 147th Lane NW shall be improved by the City with full mill and <br />overlay with the next pavement maintenance project on this segment of 147th Lane <br />NW. This is a non-refundable, one-time fee. <br />m. Notices.
