Mayor LeTourneau stated that the inspection covers whether the code requirements are met. He <br />noted that further discussion could occur related to the code but commented that there is not gray <br />area in code interpretation by City staff. He recognized that these are complex situations with a <br />lot of complex issues. <br />Deputy City Administrator stated that he will provide his contact information to the residents and <br />staff will put together a neighborhood meeting. He stated that he would also like specifics from <br />the residents on their concerns so that he could investigate that with the building team to determine <br />if it was a code issue or quality of work issue. <br />4. APPROVE AGENDA <br />Mayor LeTourneau stated that staff has asked to add an item to the agenda titled, Considering a <br />Second Amendment for Purchase Agreement for Cobblestone Hotel, Extending Deadline for <br />Notice to Proceed to August 30, 2020. He noted that will be added as Case 7.07. <br />City Administrator Ulrich requested that Item 7.06 be removed from the agenda as well. <br />Mayor LeTourneau confirmed that current item 7.06 can be removed, and the new item can take <br />its place. <br />Motion by Councilmember Riley, seconded by Councilmember Kuzma, to approve the agenda as <br />amended. <br />A roll call vote was performed: <br />Councilmember Kuzma aye <br />Councilmember Specht aye <br />Councilmember Musgrove aye <br />Councilmember Menth aye <br />Councilmember Riley aye <br />Mayor LeTourneau aye <br />Motion carried. <br />5.
