RUSTY FI FI ELD 4 PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE Rusty Fifield has provided communities with planning and financial consulting services since 1983 and has served local governments in Minnesota for more than 27 years. During his career, Rusty has worked with more than 120 city, county and school clients. He provides leadership on a wide range of community planning projects including comprehensive plans and downtown/commercial district redevelopment PROJECT EXPERIENCE plans. Rusty also designs and leads a variety of projects focusing on City of Monticello;Comprehensive Plan strategic community development issues. In 2006, he played a key role in the creation of Minnesota's newest cities - Elko New Market (merger) City of Elk River;Comprehensive Plan and Columbus (incorporation).
