Comprehensive Plan <br /> HKGi has a long history of service to the City of Inver Grove Heights. Inver Grove Heights, Minnesota <br /> HKGi assisted the City with the 1999 update of its Comprehensive Plan. <br /> One of the key land use issues addressed in the plan was the development City of Inver Grove Heights <br /> of the 2200-acre northwest quadrant of the community, an area bounded <br /> by Interstate 494,TH 52 andTH 55 - all major urban freeways.
