He was a key member of the <br /> HKGi team that prepared Ramsey's current Comprehensive Plan. His <br /> knowledge of the planning process and the contents of the current plan <br /> will be valuable assets for this project. <br /> Over the last six years, Brad has led the development of comprehensive <br /> plans for Moorhead,Woodbury,Newport,St.Michael and New Brighton. <br /> Brad has also played a leading role in many additional comprehensive <br /> planning initiatives including Elk River, Northfield, Faribault, Fridley <br /> and Hastings. Brad is currently involved in comprehensive plan updates <br /> in Inver Grove Heights, Osseo and Richfield.
