City of Ramsey <br /> AlII <br /> 2008 Comprehensive Han Update <br /> Qualifications of Assigned Personnel <br /> Project Team and Areas of Responsibility <br /> Pam Miner, AICP, will be the project manager from Olsson Associates. Pam recently joined <br /> Olsson Associates and has 19 years of extensive public-sector experience. She most recently <br /> served as the planning supervisor for long-range and comprehensive planning for the City of <br /> Minneapolis, Minnesota. Additionally, Pam has prior experience as Community Development <br /> Director of the Western Illinois Regional Council — a six-county regional planning agency similar <br /> to the Metropolitan Council. She has extensive experience in community engagement; project <br /> prioritization - planning and management; grant research, preparation, and administration; <br /> budgeting; plan implementation; and municipal operations. As project manager, she will <br /> ^ coordinate all project efforts as well as serve as lead project planner. Mark is a senior planner with 15 years <br /> of experience in the urban design, planning, and architecture field. His project experience <br /> includes planning and design in five major transit corridors in the Twin Cities, with an emphasis <br /> on transit-oriented development, neighborhood development and transit station planning, <br /> land-use planning, and impact analysis of industrial projects. <br /> Tim Gross, PE, will coordinate issues related to public facilities, including water, stormwater, <br />,-, and sanitary sewer. Tim's 11 years of experience in municipal government with the City of <br /> Farmington provides him behind-the-scenes insight into the public facilities design and <br /> planning challenges communities regularly face. He will perform an analysis of Ramsey's current <br /> systems and provide guidance on its development, improvement, and integration into regional <br /> systems. <br /> Tim Andersen is an environmental scientist with a diverse project and educational background, <br /> including wetland delineation, wetland permitting, environmental site assessments, <br /> environmental compliance, fisheries/aquatic studies, botanical survey/inventory, Geographic <br /> Information Systems (GIS) analysis, EAW compliance, and groundwater monitoring.
