WHEREAS, pursuant to Ramsey City Council Resolution #20-141, adopted July 14, <br />2020 the City Administrator was authorized and directed to request funds from the Anoka <br />Housing and Redevelopment Authority for and on behalf of the City of Ramsey in the amount of <br />$490,000 for said improvements. <br />WHEREAS, as of October 27th, 2020 $262,305.67 has been paid to date; and <br />WHEREAS, the Engineer Technician IV has inspected the completed work and <br />recommends partial payment #2 to Douglas Kerr Underground, LLC of Mora, Minnesota for <br />Improvement Project #20-04, Puma Street Improvements, in the amount of $178,838.21. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1) The City Council authorizes partial payment #2 to Douglas Kerr Underground, LLC of <br />Mora, Minnesota for Improvement Project #20-04, Puma Street Improvements, in the <br />amount of $178,838.21. <br />2) The City Council hereby authorizes the Mayor or City Administrator to sign the release <br />from for payment. <br />3) That the total amount of this payment is not included in resolutions approving payment of <br />bills for the date of October 27, 2020. <br />4) That the City of Ramsey Finance Department will be given a signed copy of this <br />resolution. <br />The motion of the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember , <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />Resolution #20-238 <br />Page 2 of 3 <br />
