Notification: <br />Notifications are not required for this case. <br />Observations/Alternatives: <br />The City Attorney reviewed and approved the attached JPA. <br />Funding Source: <br />The City's cost share, currently estimated at $62,502.72, is proposed to be funded using Public Improvement <br />Revolving (PIR) funds.
