A recent inspection of the above premises revealed the following violations of the <br />Ramsey City Code as listed below: <br />• Off-street parking <br />• Grass, weeds, noxious growth of vegetation over 8 inches <br />• Waste, refuse, garbage, construction materials <br />Because you received the initial notice of violation in August and we have not seen progress related <br />to the large brush pile, piles of tires and junk onsite, and other nuisance items onsite, you are <br />receiving a $75 citation. (Sent to Richard Lee directly.) <br />City Staff is scheduling an abatement of your property for the week of November 3, 2020. <br />Abatement items include: <br />• Waste, refuse, garbage, construction materials [Violation of Chapter 30-3] <br />o Various items throughout the property that need to be properly stored or removed <br />including: <br />■ Large brush pile near the north property line <br />■ Pile of tires near the brush pile <br />■ Garbage bags near the shipping containers and dumpster <br />■ Outdoor storage of construction materials, pallets, lumber, etc. <br />It will be on the City Council consent agenda for 10/27/20.
