(h) Violations. <br />(1) In addition to penalties available under state law and City Code, the police <br />department may revoke discharge privileges under this section for a <br />violation of this section or a violation of state law related to hunting, <br />firearms or trespassing. Any person whose, privileges are revoked may <br />appeal the revocation to the City Council. <br />(2) Violation; Penalty: Any person who violates any provision of this section <br />shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be <br />punished according to state law. <br />SECTION 4.
