Thc purpose of the work session is to give our newly formed HRA a <br />general overview of the scope, powers, limits and authority of an HRA. The guests that <br />have agreed to visit with us are as follows: <br /> <br />Mark Nagcl - Normandale Community College business professor and MN <br />(;onsulting. Mark Nagel is also a former City Manager for the City of Anoka. <br />Mark is thc consultant Ramsey hired to assist us in forming the HRA. <br /> <br />Mary [ppel - attorney with Briggs and Morgan.
