COMPREHENSIVE PLAN UPDATE <br /> ANNE CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> OMNI <br /> Project Team We have carefully tailored a Project Team to suit the needs of the City <br /> of Ramsey's Comprehensive Planning process. It is essential to assign <br /> individuals with a variety of talents and expertise to make sure that a <br /> successful plan is developed. Our goal is to develop a team that is <br /> moma prepared to respond to the needs and aspirations of your community. <br /> Ultimately,we will strive to create a document that is not only user friendly, <br /> ,.� but a true reflection of your community. We will define the Project Team <br /> collaboratively as city staff, elected officials, and the Landform team. <br /> .5.. The following section will introduce the Project Team as well as describe <br /> the assumed roles and responsibilities of the each team member. <br /> The Landform Team <br /> .. Project Management + Project Specialist + Quality <br /> Ms. Kendra Lindahl, AICP <br /> Principal Planner <br /> Ms. Lindahl is the Principal-in-Charge, and will be an integral part of the <br /> Project Team. She will be responsible for reviewing all deliverables, <br /> assisting with preparation for major meetings, as well as some <br /> meeting facilitation at key milestones during the process. While at <br /> Landform, Ms. Lindahl has provided municipal planning services for the <br /> communities of Corcoran, Hugo and Medina. Prior to joining Landform, <br /> Ms. Lindahl worked for the cities of Plymouth, Elk River and Ramsey. <br /> Ms. Jennifer Zierke, AICP <br /> Project Planner <br /> rift Ms. Zierke will be the Project Manager from the Landform Team. She has <br /> extensive experience as a City Planner with metropolitan area cities and <br /> with managing complex projects. During the 1998 Comprehensive Plan <br /> update, Ms. Zierke was responsible for completion of Comprehensive <br /> Plans for the cities of Long Lake (adopted in 1998) and Arden Hills Q. <br /> (adopted in 2000), working closely with the Metropolitan Council <br /> through the process. While employed with Mn/DOT's Metro Division, J <br /> she was responsible for reviewing the transportation component to <br /> Comprehensive Plans, providing input at weekly staff meetings with the <br /> Metropolitan Council. She also has extensive experience managing <br /> area studies, Comprehensive Plan Amendments and ordinance updates, <br /> grants, street improvement projects and commercial development <br /> projects through her municipal and private experience. Ms. Zierke <br /> .... has a proven track record to effectively meeting deadlines and project <br /> schedules, and successfully working with the public.
