COMPREHENSIVE PLAN UPDATE ANNE CITY OF RAMSEY OMNI Project Team We have carefully tailored a Project Team to suit the needs of the City of Ramsey's Comprehensive Planning process. It is essential to assign individuals with a variety of talents and expertise to make sure that a successful plan is developed. Our goal is to develop a team that is moma prepared to respond to the needs and aspirations of your community. Ultimately,we will strive to create a document that is not only user friendly, ,.� but a true reflection of your community. We will define the Project Team collaboratively as city staff, elected officials, and the Landform team. .5.. The following section will introduce the Project Team as well as describe the assumed roles and responsibilities of the each team member. The Landform Team .. Project Management + Project Specialist + Quality Ms. Kendra Lindahl, AICP Principal Planner Ms. Lindahl is the Principal-in-Charge, and will be an integral part of the Project Team. She will be responsible for reviewing all deliverables, assisting with preparation for major meetings, as well as some meeting facilitation at key milestones during the process. While at Landform, Ms. Lindahl has provided municipal planning services for the communities of Corcoran, Hugo and Medina. Prior to joining Landform, Ms. Lindahl worked for the cities of Plymouth, Elk River and Ramsey. Ms. Jennifer Zierke, AICP Project Planner rift Ms. Zierke will be the Project Manager from the Landform Team. She has extensive experience as a City Planner with metropolitan area cities and with managing complex projects. During the 1998 Comprehensive Plan update, Ms. Zierke was responsible for completion of Comprehensive Plans for the cities of Long Lake (adopted in 1998) and Arden Hills Q. (adopted in 2000), working closely with the Metropolitan Council through the process. While employed with Mn/DOT's Metro Division, J she was responsible for reviewing the transportation component to Comprehensive Plans, providing input at weekly staff meetings with the Metropolitan Council. She also has extensive experience managing area studies, Comprehensive Plan Amendments and ordinance updates, grants, street improvement projects and commercial development projects through her municipal and private experience. Ms. Zierke .... has a proven track record to effectively meeting deadlines and project schedules, and successfully working with the public.
