COMPREHENSIVE PLAN UPDATE CITY OF RAMSEY Other Internal reimbursable expenses are priced as follows: Mileage $0.485 per mile --- Plotting on Bond $0.25 per square foot Plotting on Vellum $1.10 per square foot -�- Plotting on Mylar $2.75 per square foot Plotting in Color $7.00 per square foot Color Printing $2.00 for 8.5 x 11 $3.00 for 11 x 17 _. Scanning $1.50 per scan Reimbursables 15% Additional Services If the Client would desire additional meetings, we would charge a flat rate of $500 per additional Technical Committee and $750 for additional Advisory Committee and Public Open Houses or Public Meetings. All other requested services beyond the scope of this proposal will be billed according to the hourly rates identified in the budget. Prior to performing any additional services,written authorization by the Client will be required. Landform has existing relationships with transportation planners and engineers as well as consulting ecologists.lfthe City of Ramsey is interested in additional public meetings focusing on specific topic areas, Landform can offer these additional services through a separate scope of work. Quality Assurance and Quality Control We are committed to creating a plan that not only meets, but exceeds the expectations of the City.We are comfortable and confidentthat our proposed budget and scope will be adequate to achieved that goal. As an added precaution,we have assigned MS.Kendra Lindahl in the QA/QC Role. She will edit and review of all deliverables to ensure a high quality final document. In order to reduce costs we have also proposed flat meeting rates to help control costs and to ensure that the appropriate number of ... people are involved in each meeting. We have also proposed a weekly teleconference to reduce commuting time and expenses.
