Cot~ c il m crab er El vig introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #05-04-106 RESOLUTION APPROVING 3m> PARTIAL PAYMENT TO E.H. RENNER & SONS FOR I.P. #04-21 WELL NO 6 (RTC) WHEREAS, on August 10, 2004, the Ramsey City Council adopted Resolution #04-08- 208 attthorizing plans and specifications for the above referenced work; and WHEREAS, on September 13, 2004, the Ramsey City Council awarded the contract for IP #04-21 to E.H. Renner & Sons in the amount of $318,322.00; and WHEREAS, Principal Engineer, Brian Olson has inspected the completed work and ~'ccommcnds partial payment to E.H. Refiner & Sons in the amount of $46,563.39. WHEREAS, Principal Engineer, Brian Olson has inspected the completed work and r¢commcnds partial payment to E.H. Renner & Sons in the amount of $22,899.94. WHEREAS, Principal Engineer, Brian Olson has inspected the completed work and recommcnds partial payment to E.H. Renner & Sons in the amount of $43,050.57. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the City Council hereby authorizes partial payment to E.H. Renner & Sons for improvement Project #04-21 in the amount of $43,050.57. 2) That the City Council hereby accepts the project and authorizes the Mayor or City Administrator to sign the release form for this payment. 3) That the total amount of this payment is not included in resolutions approving payment of bills for the date of April 26, 2005. 4) That the City of Ramsey Finance Department will be provided a signed copy of this resolution.
