The purpose of the hearing is to con- ' sider execution of a business subsidy ! agreement with RIM Enterprises of MN,. , Inc. The project includes the construction ! of a 40,000 square foot office/warehouse . building in the summer of 2001, with an i expansion of 30,000 square feet soon. · All interested persons are invited to ; attend the hearing and comment on the proposed' business subsidy agreement.
