Record ID 1544123 <br /> <br />482309.OO8 <br /> <br />Counci hncmber Cook introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #04-11-356 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br />TO RAMDANCE, LLC TO CONSTRUCT A BUILDING LARGER THAN 35,000 <br />SQUARE FEET IN THE TC-2 ZONING DISTRICT AND DECLARING TERMS OF <br />SAME: <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Ramdance LLC, hereinafter referred to as the "Applicant," has properly <br />appticd tbr a Conditional Use Permit to construct a building larger than 35,000 square feet in the <br />TC-2 Zoning District on property legally described as follows: <br /> <br />()ntlot I, Ramsey Town Center Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />("Subject Property") <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission met on November 4, 2004, conducted the <br />public hearing and recommended City Council approval of the request. <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THIS CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />That based on Findings of Fact #0709, a Conditional Use Permit (Permit) to construct a <br />building larger than 35,000 square feet in the TC~2 Zoning District, is hereby granted to <br />Ramdance, LLC, hereinafter referred to as the "Permittee". <br /> <br />'l'hat this Permit shall only apply to the grocery store building to be located on the Subject <br />Property, which is proposed to be platted as Lot 1, Block 1, Ramsey Town Center 3rd <br />Addition. <br /> <br />That in accordance with the final site plan approved by City Council on October 12, 2004, <br />this Permit shall allow for the initial development of a 62,000 square foot grocery store <br />building. <br /> <br />4. That this Permit shall also allow for future expansions of the grocery store and the maximum <br /> building size (footprint) is established at 70,000 square feet. <br /> <br />That any future expansions of the grocery store building are subject to site plan approval from <br /> (~' <br />the .... lty Council. <br /> <br /> <br />
