That the traffic pattern for the drive-up window shall be designed to limit the number of <br />vehicles queued at the menu station to no more than four (4), except that the queuing of more <br />than tbur (4) vehicles shall be allowed for up to 20% of the stated business hours. <br /> <br />That the area of the drive-up window shall only be located as shown on the proposed site plan <br />tbr the Pond Building. Any relocation of the drive-up window shall be reviewed and <br />approved by the City Council. <br /> <br />That tile area utilized for the drive-up window shall be properly constructed and maintained <br />in accordance with all applicable Staff Review letters, approved site plans, City Code, and <br />Uniforna Building Codes. <br /> <br />kl. That this Permit shall be perpetual in duration as long as the terms are herein complied with. <br /> <br />O. That the Permittee shall be responsible for all City costs incurred in administering and <br /> cnfi)rcing this Permit. <br /> <br />i0.
