Herren Homes <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />Community Development Director Trudgeon stated that Ramsey Town Center LLC and D.R. <br />t [often f lomes have submitted a preliminary plat and preliminary site plan that shows a total of <br />77 total housing units (43 row house townhomes and 34 back to back condominiUm units) to be <br />iocatt:d in the Ramsey Town Center. He indicated the preliminary plat is proposing to re- <br />~;ubdividc Outlets A and B, Ramsey Town Center 2n~ Addition into 78 townhome units and one <br />otttlot, lie stated a total of 13.467 acres are contained within the proposed plat. He stated <br />~tpproximately 5.688 acres will be used for the proposed townhome units and the puNic.right-of- <br />way tbr 146th Avenue. <br /> <br />Commu~ity Development Director Trudgeon indicated the property is currently zoned Town <br />Center 4b Neighborhood District (TC-4b). He stated the TC-4b District allows for residential <br />t~ses ~t a. net density of up to 15 units per acre. He indicated the preliminary plat shows a net <br />density of 13.7l units per net acre.
