Ctm~munity Development Director Trudgeon stated they are in no hurry with this one, and could <br />take thc Commission's suggestions and bring it back. <br /> <br />(;ommissioner Van Scoy indicated he thinks they should put a limit in here and have someone <br /> variance if they need more square footage or number of buildings. <br /> <br />~hairper.~on Nixt indicated he agrees with the general concerns on two-story buildings, and asked <br /> could make them conditionally permitted so the City has more control. <br /> <br />Commissioner Brauer stated he can see a two-story building in a rural area, but when you have <br />development around you in the city it does not seem appropriate. <br /> <br />Chairperson Nixt agreed, unless the applicant were on more than two acres lot size and the height <br />was limited. He suggested they only make it available on two acres or more. He-asked if <br />someone could have many small units if they do not exceed the square footage limits.
