The Hamiltons will be moving across <br />thc street and building a new house, but they were unhappy with the odors in the past. It would be somewhat hard pressed for the Hamiltons to <br />corn plai~ abot~t the odor with their knowledge of the plant. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Cook, seconded by Councilmember Strommen, to adopt Resolution <br />/~05~05-132 to waive the platting requirements outlined in Section 9.50 (Subdivision) of the <br />l,'~m~scy City Code and approve a subdivision by metes and bounds of Tract C, Registered Land <br />Sup,,ey No. 199, in accordance with Section 9.50.07 (Filing and Recording Conveyances) of the <br />l~m~scy City Code. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Cook, Strommen, Elvig, Jeffrey, <br />f)lson? and Pearson.
