C. Compliance with Laws and Regulations. The DEVELOPER represents <br />t{) the CITY that the Plat complies with all CITY, County, metropolitan, State and <br />l:edcral laws and regulations, including but not limited to: subdivision ordinances, zoning <br />ordinances and enviromnental regulations. If the CITY determines that the Plat does not <br />comply, the CITY may, at its option, refuse to allow any construction or development <br />work in the Plat until the DEVELOPER does comply. Upon the CITY's demand, the <br />I)IT, VELOPER shall cease work until there is compliance. <br /> <br /> D. This Agreement shall run with the lind and shall be recorded against the <br />title to the Plait by DEVELOPER. After the DE~ELOPER,has completed the work <br />required of it under this Agreement, at the~.DEVEI~OPE~'s request the CITY will <br />execute and deliver to the DEVELOPER a release. <br /> <br /> E. The ~EVELOPER agrees to pay the entire cost of said improvements <br />including interest, engineering and legal charges. <br /> <br /> I. Plat Ap'proval Expenses. The DEVELOPER agrees that it will pay to the <br />CITY all CITY expel)ses incurred in the approval of the Plat, including, but not limited <br />to administration ex,rises, engineering and legal fees. Said expenses shall be paid <br />within fifteen (15) d~ys of billing by the CITY and outstanding billings shall be paid <br />prior to rec0rding.of }he Final Plat. Any expenses incurred after recording of the Final' <br />Plat shall aisc be paid within said fifteen (15) day billing period.
