Co uncilm cmbcr .__ introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #05-05-XXX I{[~;S¢)I.!JTION APPROVING 2r~'D PARTIAL PAYMENT TO W.B. MILLER INC. FOR I.P. #04-31 WATERMA[N EXTENSION TO WELL NO 6 Wi IEREAS, on August 10, 2004, the Ramsey City Council adopted Resolution #04-08- 209 auth~rizing plans and specifications for the above referenced work; and WilEREAS, on September 13, 2004, the Ramsey City Council awarded the contract for IP//(14-.31 to WB Miller Inc. in the amount of $85,942.50. WItERiC~AS, Principal Engineer, Brian Olson has inspected the completed work and ~-cco~tncncls 1~t partial payment to W.B. Miller in the amount of $16,650.65. WItEREAS, Principal Engineer, Brian Olson has inspected the completed work and rccomtnends 2'd partial payment to W.B. Miller in the amount of $23,629.35. WltEREAS, Principal Engineer, Brian Olson has inspected the completed work and rcco~nmcnds 3''d partial payment to W.B. Miller in the amount of $20,155.20. NOW TtIEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ItAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 4) That the City Council hereby authorizes partial payment to WB Miller Inc. for h nprovcment Project #04-31 in the amount of $20,155.20. That tine City Council hereby accepts the project and authorizes the Mayor or City Administrator to sign the release form for this payment. 'l'tmt thc total amount of this payment is not included in resolutions approving payment of bills for thc date of'May 31, 2005. That thc City of Ramsey Finance Department will be provided a signed copy of this r~:solulion.
