<br />Councilmember Menth introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #20-235 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AMENDING DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT FOR GARDEN VIEW <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council approved the Final Plat and Development Agreement for <br />DC Ramsey LLC (the “Developer”) on August 25, 2020 via Resolution 20-180 for the Final Plat <br />of Garden View on the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: <br /> <br /> Outlot E and Outlot D, Town Center Gardens 3rd Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council approved the amended Development Agreement on <br />October 13, 2020 to include the proper fees and information on infiltration. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants final plat and development agreement <br />approval for Garden View in accordance with relevant City Codes, subject to the <br />following conditions: <br />a. Compliance with the Staff Review Letters. <br />b. Compliance with all Staff Review Comments in ProjectDox. <br />c. Final approval by City Engineer and City Attorney. <br />d. The Developer entering into a Development Agreement with the City. <br />e. Approved wetland delineation and 16.5 foot setback encumbered by easement. <br />f. Adopted and executed ordinance vacating related street right-of-way. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Riley, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> Mayor LeTourneau <br /> Councilmember Menth <br /> Councilmember Riley <br /> Councilmember Kuzma <br /> Councilmember Musgrove <br /> Councilmember Specht <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br /> <br />
