She indicated Oakwood Land Development is proposing to <br />create /02 urban single-family lots on 58 acres on Highway 47 and 160th Lane NW. She stated <br />thc property is currently located in the R-1 Rural Developing district, with a minimum density of <br />1 Ic~t per 7!.5 acres. She added the development of the property within municipal sewer and water <br />will rcq u i~'¢ a Comprehensive Plan Amendment, which will be considered at the preliminary plat <br />stage. She stated if the property is approved for development with urban services, the net density <br />~til{~x.vcd ut~der R-l is three units per acre. She indicated the sketch plan reflects a gross density <br />~,/' 1.75 units per acre.
