That is a point that is well <br />tt~l<en, that there is really no standard for detached townhomes, and she would like to work on <br /> <br />('ouncilmc,nber t~;lvig noted the density is now down to 2.7 units per acre, which is a reasonable <br />density, although his sense is it is still a little high. He has always had a problem with units 8, 9 <br />and i0. This is a wonderful corridor and greenspace and openings could be created there. He appreciates the work in shortening up the cut-de-sacs and likes the <br />~:irol~z drive. He appreciates the work that has been put into this plan.
