'l'here was specific direction from the Public Works Committee to make the road 32 feet wide. ~1 he other concern was regarding paving the cul-de-sac. He does not think the Public Works (:ommittee would agree not to pave the cul-de-sac. Councilmember Elvig suggested the homeowners attend the Public Works Committee meeting. City Engineer Jankowski replied he will inf(,'m the bomcowners of the meeting. Assistant Public Works Director Olson explained there is :t street standard of 32 feet, but in this case there are only three lots being assessed, with no one ~ be assessed on the other side of the street. There could be consideration of reducing thc street width to 28 feet and an 8-foot trail, with no parking on one side of the street. This could cut costs a little.
